WARDY'S HOME PAGE
This is my first attempt of producing a home page. So I hope some of you will get some enjoyment out of reading my ramblings.
I live in Bunbury Western Australia with my wife Beverly and four boys. Their names are Kade, Brant, Brock and Drew. Bev and I originally came from the Goldfields. I lived in Kalgoorlie-Boulder for most of my life and Bev came from Norseman. She shifted to Kalgoorlie when she left school and began to work.
We shifted to Bunbury in January 1984 when I obtained a job at Worsley Alumina as an operator in their coal fired PowerStation. As of this moment I am still employed there.
Our family has a wide range of interests. Bev, Kade and Brant all play field hockey. Music plays a big part in our family. I love Blues. Kade plays electric and accoustic guitar. He works part time in the local music store, Collins Music. He carries out their guitar repairs and also attends in the shop front. He plays in the Rock Band at Bunbury Senior High School. He is in the BSHS Rock Eisteddfod team , taking on a role of stage hand. Brant also is in the Rock Eisteddfod. He has an acting part. Brant is learning to play the drums. He also had two years of learning to play the trumpet in years 6 and 7.
Rock Eisteddfod Update
The Bunbury Senior High School had their heat last night. They went very well. Bev told me this morning that they won six awards. They wont know until Friday the results. Long wait for them.
Update 24/07/99
Well its been 12 months since I first started this page. Haven't done much to it since then. Had a lot of ideas but didnt put them on "paper". The boys have continue to grow. Kade is in his last year of High School. He is off to Perth next year to do a Sound Certificate course at the Sound and Engineering College. He recently obtained his drivers license. SO he is in and out driving around, taking over some of the "taxi" duties. Brant has continued to develop his drumming skills. He has joined a pipe band as a drummer, has just joined the school concert band as the drummer. The High School is putting on a musical this year called BATS. Brant is the drummer in the on stage rock band and Kade is doing the sound work and has a acting part as well.
